Registering for A Pink Night to Remember

Tickets for A Pink Night to Remember will go on sale Sunday, February 12th at 12 Noon.  Tickets for our 2023 event are $95 per attendee.

*All guests must be age 21 or older*

Tickets may be purchased in groups up to 12, including the table “captain” or primary registrant.  If your group is less than 12, then other attendees will be added to make a table with 12 guests.  If you have more than 12 in your group, please designate a second person to act as a table “captain”.

Everyone will be guaranteed a seat.  Every effort will be made to keep smaller groups together and to seat you near who you request, however due to table size limitations and multiple requests it is not always possible to accommodate every request.  We do appreciate your understanding.

As a primary registrant you will be asked to provide the following information:

  • Full Name (including proper spelling for place cards)
  • Mailing Address
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Are You a Breast Cancer Survivor? (Yes/No)
  • Banner Hanging Request / Names on Banners [write in field]
  • Payment Information – any credit card or PayPal
  • If you are not registering with a group, indicate who you would like to sit with [write in field]

For 2023, we have a new registration question regarding banner display.  Our volunteers have always hung our Seymour Pink honorary banners throughout The Waterview.  Due to the amount of banners we now have, space limitations and magnitude of this undertaking, we are asking that during registration you request your own or a loved one’s banner to be displayed the night of the event (this also includes any guests you are registering).  You will be able to write in the names of the banners you’d like displayed on March 31st.  Please note, ONLY ATTENDEES of this event will be able to request their loved one’s banner be hung for the event. There will be ONE question regarding banner display – in that field you will write in the names on the banners of YOUR and YOUR GUESTS loved ones in that same one field.

If you are registering guests please ensure you have the following information BEFORE starting the registration process:

  • Guest Full Name (including proper spelling for place cards)
  • Guest Email Address
  • Guest Phone Number
  • Guest Breast Cancer Survivor Status
  • Guest Banner Hanging Requests / Names on Banners

Please do not enter placeholder information such as “Guest 1” or your same phone number for all guests as this impacts our committee’s ability to communicate with guests and create seating assignments for the event.  We appreciate your assistance in helping us have a successful registration process!
