For the third year in a row, Emerson has donated $2,000 to the fight against breast cancer!

Emerson Remote Automation Solutions provides turnkey, off-the-shelf applications for monitoring, controlling and optimizing oil and gas field operations. Our parent company, Emerson, spans industrial, commercial and residential solutions and products with well known brands (is RIGID Tool, Insinkerator, Sensi) and market leading products.

Emerson is a global company, but locally they are in Watertown, CT.  We appreciate their generous donation during very quiet times for us in terms of income as we continue to fulfill our mission of financial assisting those battling breast cancer.

A Football Fundraiser

We decided to have a football fundraiser to help raise money for Seymour Pink because during this pandemic they had to cancel/postpone so many events. We chose this nonprofit because all money raised goes directly to individuals who are battling breast cancer. I saw first hand how this organization supports people diagnosed with breast cancer both financially and emotionally. When a dear friend of mine was fighting this terrible disease she was overwhelmed by their generosity and support. Not just financially but with their comfort baskets and gift cards for the Holidays. So if we can raise a little money that helps even just 1 person..it it so worth it! Mary Deming and the Ladies of Seymour Pink Rock!!

Pedal for Pink

Chad Glazer reached out to Seymour Pink this spring with an exciting donation that will be used for an upcoming raffle prize!

A snippet from his message:

“Hello I am reaching out because I have a brand new mountain bike to donate. I ordered from a company who didn’t want it back when it arrived and wasn’t what I had ordered (wrong color).  Being a town resident, Seymour Pink was the first organization I thought of.”

The 26″ mint green Gamille HIM014 mountain bike retails for $340!!

Chad also said, “I wanted to donate to a local organization that does a lot for the community that I live in.  You’ve also worked closely with a woman I know well.”

What a way to pay it forward.  Thank you Chad!
