In an effort to assist and empower those victimized by this breast cancer diagnosis, Seymour Pink offers financial support. Please download and complete the forms below, including the information which is to be filled out by your treating physician. If you have any questions at all, please contact Mary Deming.

Banner Forms
Throughout the month of October, we display banners in honor or in memory of loved ones throughout downtown Seymour. Seymour Public Works graciously helps us display these banners. We cannot control which banners are placed in which parts of town - drive around, safely, and enjoy the view!
Due to limited space - and my how we have expanded over the years - sales of new banners are very limited, after existing banners have had the chance to be renewed.
Banner Renewals are due, paid, by June 30th.
New Banner sales will begin July 1st through July 31st.
Scholarship Forms
We offer scholarships to college bound students affected by breast cancer.
Our 2024 Scholarships are open for submission through Monday, April 22, 2024.
