2024 Pink Night to Remember

Be Our Guest

Join us at the Waterview in Monroe from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Friday, March 22, 2024 for A Pink Night to Remember.

This night has always been a very special night for us as we celebrate our mission and honor our survivors and those we have lost.

This year's event is dedicated to the memory of our Vice President, Colleen Fries. Learn more about her dedication to Seymour Pink here.

Our night will include amazing food, complimentary cocktails throughout the evening, a favor of Seymour Pink's signature wine glass, a few wine and beer samplings, a photo booth and a wonderful live auction and abundant raffles.

As an all-volunteer organization, we realize that our success wouldn’t be possible without the support of our outstanding community. We thank you for helping to make this truly ‘A Night to Remember’ and more importantly, for making a significant impact in the lives of those affected by breast cancer.

**All Attendees must be Age 21 and over**

Tickets will go on sale Sunday, February 11th at 9 AM EST, online sales only.

Ticket sales close Friday, March 8, 2024 at 12 Noon or when sold out.

Tickets

Tickets will go on sale Sunday, February 11th at 9 AM.

Please have your primary registrant information prepared (Name, Address, Phone, Email, & Payment Information) along with Guest information for all attendees at your table (Name, Email, Phone, Breast Cancer Survivor Yes/No).

Tickets for this years' event are remaining the same as last year at $95 per person.

For 2024, we will continue to have a registration question regarding banner display. Our volunteers have always hung our Seymour Pink honorary banners throughout The Waterview. Due to the amount of banners we now have, space limitations and magnitude of this undertaking, we are asking that during registration you request your own or a loved one's banner to be displayed the night of the event (this also includes any guests you are registering). You will be able to write in the names of the banners you'd like displayed on March 22nd. Please note, ONLY ATTENDEES of this event will be able to request their loved one's banner be hung for the event.

About the Night

Check-In begins just before 6 PM - when arriving at the lobby of the Waterview you'll flow either to the right or left based on your last name.  You'll be greeted by our wonderful volunteers and receive your table assignment.

Make your way around the corridor and be welcomed with a sparkling pink wine before making your way into the main dining room.

Open Bars are available on each side of the venue and downstairs.  Once you find your table, you'll see our Event Program, Raffle List, Silent  & Live Auction List and your complimentary gift - a Seymour Pink stemless wine glass.  Food stations are on either side of the room - enjoy as much as you'd like throughout the evening.

Don't forget to head downstairs to "Colleen's Garden" area where additional entertainment awaits.  Some of her favorite appetizer recipes will be served. Sweeter than Wine, acoustic duo, will be performing. There is an additional bar located downstairs along with a Photo Booth to take memories home with you!  Floral arrangements are donated graciously by Dragonflies

Throughout the evening, our Master of Ceremonies, Adam River of iHeart Media will guide us through.  Don't forget to buy your raffle tickets and take a chance on some of the premium prizes we'll have.  The fun begins when we launch the Live Auction - it's certainly a hoot - anyone can bid!

Of course, we honor our survivors, remind everyone of our mission and remember those we may have lost throughout the evening.  Pink Banners showcasing your loved ones will adorn the walls throughout the venue.  It is truly a magical evening for all who attend!

Dress Code

We always get some questions on dress code for the evening.  We do not set a specific dress code, but recommend business casual.

Jeans are certainly okay.... Of course you're welcome to dress to the nines.

Men often wear a button down or polo, sport coat and tie optional.

Ladies can wear slacks or dress denim and a blouse or a dress.

It's really what you feel comfortable in!  Pink is not required, though many do wear some.

Check out the below post and gallery for ideas of what people wear at this event.
